Key Differences Between the Mindray M7 and Mindray MX7 Models
We wanted to highlight the key differences between the original Mindray M7 and the new Mindray MX7 models. The MX7 now has a 12.3 inch ISP touch screen, above the keyboard, with a customizable menu. New features include total customization of the user interface for novice and experienced users to reduce operational steps. The MX7 includes a magnetic power socket, magnesium-alloy body construction and durable buttons and transducer connection. The main unit weighs 6.5 pounds, the lightest system in the current range of competitive units.
New Software Options in the Mindray MX7
iWorks is now available as a standard feature. iWorks is a feature that includes standard work protocols built-in to the machine that can be turned on while scanning to make scanning more efficient by showing each step that should be included in a standard scan. Other new system technology includes a windows 10 operating system and antivrus software for increased security and data encryption. The MX7 is the first Mindray portable system powered by ZST+, Zone Sonography Technology. ZST+ has innovative channel data processing methods that offers a high quality ultrasound image 10 times faster than conventional beamformer technology. The MX7 has advanced analysis and display of processed information that makes new applications possible, including: HD scope, Radio frequency IMT, V-flow, sound touch elastography, synthetic spatial compounding and UWN plus contrast imaging. The MX7 is a great solution for OB/GYN, cardiovascular, orthopedic and GI physician offices and clinics. The MX7 is comparable and can compete with the GE NextGen LOGIQ e and Sonosite Edge two.
